We highly recommend Colleen Terbet Sain of the Ida Terbet Group. Our experience with her was extremely positive. We recently had the opportunity to work with Colleen to sell a home in North Raleigh. We asked her to look at the house two months before we knew we would be ready to list it. She was punctual, professional, & pleasant.
She thoroughly explained their marketing plan, including the “coming soon” program. She also said something that meant a lot to us. She stressed that she worked for us and that she would negotiate the very best deal for us.
Colleen does her homework. She kept track of houses coming to market and gave us a listing price just before we actually got the house on the market that reflected the market conditions at that time.
After signing the contract she did everything she said she would. She spent the “coming soon” period fielding numerous and detailed questions from realtors who were more than anxious have their clients prepared to make offers immediately when it went live. She answered our phone calls and texts and if she couldn’t talk immediately, she sent a text saying when she could. We ended up with numerous offers after two and a half days of showings and we can say without reservation, “She is a great negotiator”!
